How does it work? Forsyth Care, Inc. and participating HOAs have design, produce and are delivering key chain cards (i.e. Kroger card) to every resident. These cards plus a customizes community website, will be serve as a resources for local businesses who have special offers for residents who display their key chain card.
Businesses will be invited to participate so long as they are properly prepare to recognize the card and extend their unique offer. The unique offer will be marketed on our customized community website and via multiple communication mediums. Within the website, each business will have their own customize webpage, a direct link to their website, a display of their important contact information plus other key information. Businesses without a store front may also participate. They will simply need to be prepared to answer calls from residents who mention the program while being prepared to extended their unique offer.
Ongoing, we will use a marketing strategy which includes community newsletter listings, resident email for marketing, ad placements on the community specific HOA Cards web page, links from the community's main website, street signage and even a printed HOA Cards newlsetter with ad opportunites. Is it affordable? During the launch of the program, businesses will benefit from free visibility; however, we are only target 1-2 similar type business, except for restaurants. This will indeed be a very exclusive program.
Some businesses will be marketed at no cost in return for free offers extended to the resident via an HOA selection process. Other businesses, will receive all of the previously mentioned marketing benefits made available via the HOA and Forsyth Care, Inc. The cost for all of these unique services will be less than a $30.00, 1/4 page ad, in the community's monthly newsletter.
To succeed in the years to come, Forsyth Care, Inc. believes that businesses must "follow the money" and do everything possible to reach the most affluent consumers. We feel that this program offers the very best opportunity to meet this important goal.
So, our recommendation is to shift your newsletter, newspaper and/or magazine advertising expenditures to our new program. Why spend marketing monies trying to people who cannot afford your services? Let us help you reach who you're really want to meet!
