After 10 years of practice in Sandstone, MN and 5 months in New Zealand, Shawn Bode, MD and his staff have been proud and privileged to serve the community of Cromwell and surrounding area since September 2008.  We enjoy a family atmosphere in this clinic and hope you feel it as well. 

We are an independent clinic, part of the Northstar/ Integrity Physician Network (a group of independent MN clinics working together for quality healthcare).  We are fully credentialed by insurances such as Medica, Preferred One, Health Partners, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UCare, Unicare, Humana FFS only (PPO credentialing coming August 1), Select Care, United Healthcare, Medicare, Three Rivers, Minnesota Medicaid, America's PPO, and others.
